Absentee/Phone Bids
If you prefer not to bid live online you may arrange to phone bid with us or you may place absentee bids either by calling 626-529- 5775 or email or by filling out this form and submitting online.

By placing your absentee/phone bids you acknowledge and accept our terms.
US buyers that leave a credit card on file will be charged within the first 7 days after the invoice is sent if no preferred payment method is selected/requested, such as wire or check. International buyers must leave a credit card on file in order to leave a bid or phone bid, although payment must be done only by wire. Wire information will be provided along with the invoice, once auction is closed. Bids must be submitted 12 hours prior to sale. For any left bids over $1,000, a $500 deposit will be required and will be refunded in the event no lots were purchased. Phone bids are only available for a minimum of $500 bid.
