All items offered and Sold through Treasureseeker Auction, LLC is Sold AS IS without guarantees or warranties, and subject to the terms set forth. Treasureseeker Auction, it's Auctioneers nor Consignors make any warranties or representations of any kind regarding correctness of the catalog or description of physical condition, quality, rarity, importance, medium, material, genuineness, attribution, provenance, period, culture, source, origin, or historical significance. By registering to bid in this auction you agree to the terms set forth.

CONDITION REPORT:
It is the responsibility of the prospective bidder to inspect all items, or ask for a condition report. Any condition statement is given as a courtesy, and is only an opinion and should not be treated as a statement of fact. Treasureseeker Auction, LLC will not be held responsible for any error or omission. Treasureseeker Auction will do our best to describe all items offered in our catalog to the best of our knowledge, however we are not liable for any authenticity, signatures, measurements, or weights.

INTERNET BIDDING:
It is the sole responsibility of the Internet bidder to be familiar with the Internet bidding process. The uploaded results of the auction take precedence over any and all messages of high bids during online or live bidding.

ABSENTEE BIDDING:
Absentee bids constitute binding contracts and are subject to payment policies commensurate with that of live bidding. In the event that an error or failure to execute bids occurs, Treasureseeker Auctions bears no liability.

PREMIUMS & PAYMENT:
Absentee, phone and in house bidders total payment due includes a 20% buyer's premium added to hammer price. A courtesy buyer's premium of 17% is given when paying with cash, check or wire transfer. If bidding online the buyer's premium is 23% with a courtesy buyer's premium of 20% when paying with cash, check or wire transfer. 

Payment is due within 3-Days of Auction end. We accept Cash, Checks, Wire Transfers, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Payment via wire transfer is required for bidders residing outside the United States. It is the responsibility of the bidder to contact us via email or by phone with payment information at 626.529.5775 or Treasureseekerauction@gmail.com.

SHIPPING:
Bidder is responsible for all shipping costs. We will not be responsible for any damage in shipping, we suggest you purchase insurance.

STORAGE:
Items MUST be picked up or shipped out of our building within 10-Days of auction end. On the 11th day Treasureseeker Auction has the option to charge a storage fee of $25 per item per day. On the 31st day Treasureseeker Auction has the option to resell the item, under bidders name, at 35% commission no minimums, no reserves. Treasureseeker Auctions, LLC reserves the right to withdraw any item at any time before the start of sale. Treasureseeker Auctions, LLC and/or Auctioneer reserves the right to reject a bid from any bidder. In the event of any dispute between bidders, or in the event the auctioneer doubts the validity of any bid, the auctioneer shall have sole and final discretion either to determine the successful bidder or to re-offer and resell the item in dispute. All statements contained in the catalog or in any bill of sale, invoice or elsewhere as to authorship, period, culture, source, origin, measurement, quality, rarity, provenance, importance, exhibition and literature of historical relevance, or physical condition are qualified statements of opinion and NOT representations or warranties. No employee or agent of Treasureseeker Auctions is authorized to make on our behalf or on that of the consignor any representation or warranty, oral or written, with respect to any property.
